What's the difference between the two paid plans?
The Contractor plan is for any contractor — whether you work with homeowners, GCs, or commercial clients — who wants to manage their own projects, change orders, customer signatures, branded portals, and shareable time and material trackers. The General Contractor plan is a separate product built for GCs running larger jobs — it includes everything in Contractor plus a full budget spreadsheet, line item transfers, bid request links, billing, and bank/loan visibility. They're designed for different types of businesses, not different tiers of the same product.
Do contractors need a paid plan to work on my projects?
No. Contractors added by a GC get free access to view their assigned projects, log time, submit materials, and interact with everything they need. The Contractor plan is only needed if they want to manage their own work as a standalone project — tracking their own change orders, costs, and documentation directly between them and whoever hired them.
Do customers need to create an account?
No. When a customer needs to take action — like approving a change order or reviewing a document — they get a direct link. Tap it, see the details, approve, done. No account creation, no login, no app download. If they want to check in later on their own, they can sign in with their phone number or email to see a dashboard of everything in one place.
What if I need both a Contractor and General Contractor plan?
